For screen printing there is a minimum order requirement of 20 items.

For embroidery and vinyl printing our minimum order quantity is 5 items.

The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 5 to 10 working days from the date of payment. However, this may vary slightly depending upon how busy we are, and how quickly you approve the artwork.

Please contact us before ordering if you require your items for a specific date, and/or you are concerned about receiving your order in time.

Once you placed your order and paid, we will order the relevant garments from our supplier and send you a digital mock-up of your design. Upon your approval of the digital mock-up, we will print / embroider your items ready for collection / delivery.

In short, yes.

All items are made to order and we start incurring costs as soon as your order is received. For this reason, we require payment upfront.

Yes, but only by prior arrangement. We are an online business and do not operate a physical store front.

If you wish to collect your order, we ask that you contact us beforehand to make sure that someone is around to meet you (we will provide you with our address at this time).

No, sorry. We only accept orders from within the UK.

Purchases made through our website can be paid for using most major credit and debit cards.

For all other sales, you can pay by either bank transfer (BACS) or a card payment link attached to you invoice.

All prices quoted on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be calculated and added to your order during checkout.

No, sorry.

The time and costs involved in setting up an order for one t-shirt is the same as setting up an order for a thousand t-shirts. For this reason, it is not viable to provide a printed sample.

We can however provide an unprinted garment as a sample for the full retail cost of the item, plus delivery (currently £4.95 + VAT).

We accept files with the following file extensions: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, EPS, PDF, AI and PSD.

Your artwork should be sized to print at a minimum resolution of 200 PPI (pixels per inch). Please note that the maximum print size is 15″ (height) x 12″ (width), and that your design may need to be resized to fit the smallest garment.

If providing a vector file (EPS, PDF or AI), please ensure that any fonts are converted to curves before sending over your file.

If you are unsure about any of the above, please given us a call on: 01606 827 344.

We will not accept returns on personalised products unless the items are faulty, damaged or an error has been made which is our fault.

You must email us at enquiries@nextwaveprinting.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and reasons for wanting to return the items. At this time, we will investigate your concerns and respond as necessary.

We will not accept any returns brought to our attention more than 14 days after the date of delivery.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Where it is found that we have made an error, and/or the goods were supplied faulty and/or damaged, we will contact you directly to discuss a suitable resolution.

We will not accept returns where it is clear the item/product has been used, damaged or altered in any way.

It is your responsibility to read the product listing fully and the manufacturers recommended sizing (including any notes in relation to the fit / cut of the garment). We will not accept returns for items that are deemed too big, too small or poorly fitting (unless the items are clearly faulty and not within a reasonable tolerance).

Screen printing inks are not completely opaque. As a result, when printing lighter inks onto darker coloured shirts, a white underbase print is often required. Essentially, this makes a single colour print into a two colour print; doubling the amount of work involved and ink required.

When printing onto white t-shirts there is no need for a white underbase. In addition, the cost of a blank white t-shirt is generally less than a coloured t-shirt.
